REN - RENEWAL PHARMA NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION BUILDING WITH CLEAN ROOM

The subject of the planning task was the preliminary planning for a production plant for the manufacture and packaging of encapsulated granules. A very compact building was planned with a directly connected administration area, the company canteen, the changing rooms and the warehouse.
The production and packaging itself were arranged centrally in the building as a clean room area. In the usual construction method, there is a floor-sized technical level above the actual production area to directly supply the production rooms.

The facade concept presents the compact building as a flat cube, with exciting openings for window strips, gates and air intake openings. The preferred color combination results from the client's corporate design and was planned as a curtain wall made of aluminum composite panels. The entrance area, which spans all floors, is marked by a high glass front with a symbolic gate character.
