AZE - NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE BUILDING

The new building was to be planned as the second construction phase for the existing first construction phase of the pharmaceutical plant of an international drug manufacturer. Here, the production of drugs takes place by mixing and granulation in class D clean rooms (EC-GMP).

The planning was carried out in accordance with the requirements of Russian regulations and in compliance with the client's quality standards, especially the fire protection requirements for industrial construction.

The project was carried out in accordance with the client's quality standards in English and Russian.

Shell construction: steel structure with foundations, columns, beams, ceilings and bracing structures, construction of underground pipes in the building and on the property - connection to existing networks, two freight elevators, sandwich panel facades.

Construction – clean rooms, storage and production areas, high-quality floors, drywalls, suspended ceilings with high requirements / clean room conditions, column and wall cladding, some collision protection, stainless steel stairs in the clean room area, steel pipe racks for highly complex cable laying in the interior with high occupancy density

Outdoor facilities – construction of roads, paths, green spaces on the property, construction of underground pipes and connection to existing supply networks, laying of the power supply for the 2nd construction phase with steel construction, earthworks.
