BIM

BIM (Building Information Modelling) as a method for planning and realising construction projects is comprehensively implemented in all our projects. We educate our team continuously. With BIM we create virtual models of the buildings that contains all relevant information about the construction project. This enables us to identify and resolve potential problems at an early stage to recognize risks for potential cost increases and delays.

In addition, with BIM we improve communication and collaboration with all parties involved, as the model is updated and accessible in real time by everyone. Model-based planning in connection with applying the BIM approach also enables creating high-quality presentation and marketing materials, such as renderings, interactive digital walk througs and virtual

reality tours with VR glasses, virtual reality tours and animation movies.

Environmental impacts can be simulated in advance using modeling in order to optimize the energy efficiency of the building and plan sustainably. Automation can accelerate processes with BIM and reduce sources of error.
