New construction of an extension to the Diakonissenkrankenhaus Dresden with a functional wing for operating rooms, functional diagnostics and obstetrics as well as 50 beds.

The hospital has existed at the site in its oldest section since 1844. Extensions - most recently in 1998 - renovation of the old building in 2001 - outpatient surgery center in 2012 and central emergency room in 2012 - describe an effective and fully utilized hospital location.

The Dikaonissen Hospital is a general care hospital with a focus on oncology treatment and currently has 220 beds.

According to the task, the functional extension of the building meets the following requirements: A new functional wing for operating rooms, functional diagnostics and obstetrics is required, with 50 beds. Functional changes were made to the existing building, such as the arrangement of radiology, operating areas, internal medicine and the inpatient ward. The new building contains the main entrance, registration and outpatient department, as well as four operating rooms, further parts of the functional diagnostics, internal medicine, obstetrics and technical rooms. Outpatients are assigned to the various functional areas via a central registration area. Our services also included the complete renewal of the technical building equipment, the fire protection concept and the technical and functional connection to the existing building.
