PLO - NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A SEMICONDUCTOR FACTORY FOR PLASTIC LOGIC IN ZELENOGRAD, RUSSIA

We provided project management and consulting services for the construction of a new factory for the production of semiconductor electronics components in the special economic development zone in the Moscow region “Zelenograd” in the Russian Federation.

The client was an international private investor. Fulfilling the clean room and fire protection requirements in accordance with Russian regulations was of great importance in the project, as was the implementation of urban planning and environmental requirements for the integration of the building at the site.

As part of the project management & consulting contract, we provided the following services:

• Project management & consulting in the ongoing project process

• Due Diligence Property

• Organisation and coordination of combining several plots into one plot

• Organisation of site clearance and technical site development

• Feasibility studies

• Concept and design studies

• Development of the technical task

• Preparation of contract awards and contracts for planning and construction services

• Fire protection consulting (clean room – building technology – dealing with deviations from standards – development of special technical conditions)

• Organisational advice, process planning

• Support during construction projects (monitoring the implementation of the design, organization and participation in the approval process, process coordination and control)
