REG - RENOVATION AND REPURPOSE OF A HISTORICALLY PROTECTED VILLA IN DRESDEN

In the Blasewitz district of Dresden, we are planning the conversion and renovation of a listed villa that was built around 1880. The building was previously used as a residential building and is now to be converted into a commercial building with primary office use. Work rooms and seminar rooms will be arranged on the floors. The renovation includes the renewal of the electrical system as well as the refurbishment of the floors, windows and doors as well as the renovation of the facade in coordination with the monument protection authorities.
