SCH - SCHWANEBECKER CHAUSSEE 22-32 COMPLEX RENOVATION IN BERLIN

We have planned the comprehensive renovation of a residential complex at Schwanebecker Chaussee 22-32 in Berlin.

The complex renovation included the addition of an additional storey, the renewal of the roof seal and the installation of a thermal insulation composite system as well as the color design of the facade. The house entrance as well as the windows and apartment doors were renewed, bathrooms modernized and the staircase redesigned. The basement ceiling was also re-insulated. The ventilation situation was redesigned in accordance with DIN 1946-6.2009, and the water, heating and electricity supplies were renewed.
