GOL - NEW CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT BLOCKS IN THE GOLM DISTRICT OF POTSDAM

In the Golm district of Potsdam, we planned the new construction of two apartment blocks, each with 59 and 53 flats and underground car parks.

House D has 58 flats and is a horseshoe-shaped, three-storey building with a pitched roof and an attic converted into living space with balconies in front. The building has 5 single-flight stairwells, each generally arranged around the lift shafts, which each lead to the top floor. The building is to have a basement beyond the outer edges above ground. All flats have a balcony or terrace outside. The flats each have a bathroom/shower room and each has a storage room in the basement in the tenants' cellars.

Building E has 53 flats; it is a horseshoe-shaped, three-storey building with a pitched roof and an attic converted into living space with balconies in front.
